Step-by-Step: Running a Campaign
Create a Brand account
Sign up at sokheymedia.in and select "Brand" as your role. Your profile is private — only used for order management.
Verify your brand (optional but recommended)
Go to Dashboard → Brand Verification. Submit your PAN (reviewed by admin) and/or GSTIN (verified instantly). Verified brands earn a grey tick (PAN only) or blue tick (PAN + GST) on all campaigns — creators are more likely to apply to verified brands.
Browse influencers
Go to Browse Influencers. Filter by niche, platform (Instagram / YouTube / Facebook), city, follower range, and price. Sort by trust score for the most reliable creators. Look for the blue tick — it means that creator's stats are verified by the platform.
Check an influencer's profile
Click any creator to see their follower stats, engagement rate, trust score, available services, prices, and past reviews.
Select a service & fill the campaign brief
Click "Buy" on the service you want. Fill the structured brief form — product name, concept, key message, do's & don'ts, reference links. The more detail you provide, the better the output.
Pay securely through escrow
Complete payment via Razorpay. Your money is held in escrow by Sokhey Media — NOT released to the creator until delivery is verified. You are protected.
Creator posts the content
The creator has the agreed delivery window to post. You will receive a notification when proof is submitted (post URL + screenshot).
Delivery is verified
Our admin verifies the content meets the brief requirements. Stories must stay live 12+ hours. Posts/Reels must stay live 30+ days. Only then is the creator paid.
Alternative: Post a Brand Campaign
Instead of hiring influencers one by one, you can post a Campaign — set a budget per creator, define a slot cap, and let eligible creators apply. You pay upfront into escrow; creators get paid as they deliver.
Go to Dashboard → Campaigns → Post a Campaign
Fill in the campaign title, description, platform, niche, budget per slot (in ₹), and maximum number of slots (e.g. 20 creators).
Set eligibility filters
Optionally require a minimum follower count or trust score so only qualified creators can apply.
Pay into escrow
You pay the total budget (slots × budget per slot) plus a 10% platform fee + gateway fee upfront. Funds are held securely — nothing is released until you approve a creator.
Review applications
Creators apply directly from their dashboard. You approve or reject each applicant from your Campaigns page. Approved creators deliver the content and submit proof.
Admin verifies & releases payout
After our admin verifies each delivery, we release the slot budget to the creator's wallet. You only pay for approved, verified deliveries.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if the creator doesn't post?
If a creator fails to deliver within the agreed window, you can raise a dispute. Our team will investigate and if the creator is at fault, your payment is refunded or transferred to another creator.
Can I give the creator a script?
Yes — use the "Script" or "Key Talking Points" fields in the brief form. You can also upload reference links and videos for inspiration.
What platforms are supported?
Instagram (Reel, Story, Post, Live, Link in Bio), YouTube (Short, Long Video), and Facebook (Reel, Post). More platforms coming soon.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. Prices are set by creators and start from as low as ₹200 for a story. You only pay what the creator charges plus our platform service fee.
Can I order from multiple creators at once?
Yes — you can either place separate orders with multiple creators, or post a Campaign with a slot cap (e.g. "20 creators at ₹200 each"). Campaigns are the easier option when you need many creators for the same brief.
What is a Brand Campaign and how is it different from a direct order?
A Campaign lets you set a brief, budget per creator, and a maximum number of slots. Creators apply and you approve or reject them. Payment is held in escrow upfront and released per delivery. Direct orders target a specific creator you choose.
What happens to unfilled campaign slots?
If a campaign closes with unused slots, the funds for those slots remain in escrow. Contact support for a refund of unfilled slots.
Will my brand name appear publicly?
Your campaign title and brief are visible to creators browsing campaigns. Your personal account details (email, phone) are not publicly displayed.
